    A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a 5% late fee will be applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Appointments need to be cancelled 24hours prior to appointment if you’d like a refund.

     

    Rush Service Policy: We strive to begin services at the scheduled appointment time. However, if immediate turnaround is required and a customer has a specific deadline, rush fees will apply based on the standard alteration cost.

    • A 50% rush fee will be applied to items needed within 24 to 72 hours of drop-off.

    • A 100% rush fee will be applied to items needed in less than 24 hours.

Additionally, satin is hypoallergenic, breathable, and come in a variety of colors and patterns to suit anything.

    TIPS

    1. Wash on a gentle cycle using cool or lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, and air-dry or use a low heat setting to prevent shrinking or wrinkling.
    2. To avoid snagging or pilling, handle satin sheets gently and avoid washing them with items that have rough textures or zippers/hooks.
